  1. The hirer undertakes to be responsible for the safe, orderly and reasonable behaviour of passengers that their actions do not cause annoyance to the public or distract the driver. Passengers should remain seated when the vehicle is moving. Drunken, incapable or aggressive persons will not be carried. Kiddles Coaches will not tolerate abuse or violent behaviour towards staff and reserve the right to withdraw a vehicle at any time and the hirer will be responsible for return of any passengers. Any such instances will be reported to the police.

  2. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle and fittings resulting from negligence, its abuse, vandalism, litter or soiling caused by the hirer, passengers or their belongings carried during the hire period.

  3. Small items of hand luggage may be taken on the coach. Any larger items, food, drink sports equipment, dirty/soiled clothing or luggage and any dangerous items must be placed in the underneath lockers directed by the driver. Flammable or explosive materials and containers will not be carried.

  4. Kiddles Coaches are not responsible for the loss or damage to any item left on the vehicle.

  5. No food, sweets, gum or drink (except bottled water) may be brought onto or consumed on the coach. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the coach. The hirer will be responsible for any extraordinary cleaning (litter, food, gum, mud, grease, vomit spillages etc) required following the hire. Any such cleaning will be subject to soiling charge of £200 in advance and is fully refundable should no soiling of the vehicle occurs during the period of hire.

  6. Total number of passengers will not exceed the stated seating capacity of the vehicle, no standing passengers allowed at any time. Infants and babies must have their own seat belts provided.

  7. When a booking is made for ferry, tunnel, theatre, meals travel tickets etc the hirer will be responsible for full payment at time the booking is made.

  8. The price on the invoice is based on all information provided by the hirer. All queries or alterations should be taken up with the office at least 24 hours prior to departure time. It may not be possible to alter arrangements on the day of hire. Any changes will be subject to extra charges based upon Kiddles Coaches tariff on the day of hire. A larger capacity coach may be used on the day depending on availability. If operational conditions require, then Kiddles Coaches have the right to sub hire without notice. The coach is hired on condition that all legal requirements are complied with i.e.: driver hours rules and regulation etc. Not all vehicles have air conditioning and not all vehicles have an on-board toilet.

  9. Payment terms – 25% deposit upon receipt of invoice. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to date of hire. Kiddles Coaches reserve the right to implement the following charges in the event of any cancellation – less than 24 hours’ notice Full Payment – 1 to 14 days’ notice 50% of invoice – 14 days or more than 25% non-refundable deposit. When a quote for coach hire is accepted WITHIN 14 days of departure for Schools, Universities and Corporate Companies who are unable to arrange payment before the travel date due to their payment system we are now able to be more flexible and offer an extra 14 days credit with a 10% premium added to the total price quoted.

    Therefore, as an example if the total coach hire quote is £500 and the hirer requires an additional 14 days after the date of travel to arrange payment the total cost will be £550.

  10. Kiddles coaches will not be liable for failure to perform this contract by reason of traffic congestion, diversion, bad weather, accident, breakdown, inaccurate itinerary or any cause whether outside its control or not. There are no guarantees that a vehicle will perform any journey in a given time or that specified on any itinerary. Kiddles Coaches will not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, compensation or damage that may result from failure to perform this contract as stated on the invoice.

  11. Kiddles Coaches reserve the right to refund all monies paid and cancel the hire without further liability for any reason beyond their control, or for any reason of unsuitability of vehicle, passengers, destination or intent.

  12. Failure on behalf of the hirer or their deputies to have read and understood these terms and conditions will not be accepted as reason for variance or amendment. Any queries must be raised with the office 24 hours before departure.

Due to Corona virus pandemic Kiddles coaches Ltd have changed their terms and conditions reference booking and payment for coach travel.

Once you have accepted your quote for coach travel and wish to proceed with booking a vehicle this can still be done via email.

Once your booking has been entered into our booking system a “Confirmation Booking” will be sent out accompanied with an invoice.

This is only to confirm that we have your booking on our system.

To secure your vehicle for the date of hire a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. When your deposit has been paid then your booking confirmed.

It is not the responsibility of Kiddles Coaches Ltd to ensure deposits are paid and you stand the chance of losing your booking should a deposit not be paid to secure your booking.

The balance of invoice will now need to paid 14 days prior to date of travel.

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 14 days before trip = 25% Non-refundable deposit
  • Between 14 days & 24 hours before trip = 50% Payment
  • Less than 24 hours before trip = 100% Payment
